Housing is now open for the 38th EAST Annual Scientific Assembly!
We encourage you to make your housing accommodations early and well in advanced of the housing cut-off date as EAST has a limited number of pre-determined rooms at our group rate in our housing block. The cut-off date to reserve a room at the group rate is December 17, 2024, or until the block sells out. After this date, EAST cannot guarantee the rate attendees will receive.
