Yale University School of Medicine Seeks an Acute Care/Trauma Surgeon and a Burn Surgeon with an Interest in Acute Care Surgery for a Multifaceted Opportunity

The Division of General Surgery, Trauma, and Surgical Critical Care at the Yale School of Medicine is seeking outstanding candidates for two positions, an Acute Care Surgeon and a Burn Surgeon, to join their faculty and provide services at Bridgeport Hospital in Connecticut. We are seeking a board-eligible/certified general surgeon interested in surgical critical care. Fellowship training and board certification/eligibility in Surgical Critical Care are preferred. We are also seeking a burn surgeon who is board-eligible/certified in general surgery. Board eligibility/certification in Surgical Critical Care and added training in burn surgery are preferred. These predominantly clinical positions will require excellent clinical and interpersonal skills and include a faculty appointment of Assistant or Associate Professor level commensurate with experience.
