I joined EAST as a senior resident and have continued my involvement while in my Surgical Critical Care Fellowship. EAST has provided me an incredible opportunity for networking and mentorship! Since joining the Quality, Safety & Outcomes Committee and by participating in PMG development, the opportunities have been endless to grow as a clinician and form connections within the trauma community. This organization is unique in its inclusiveness even as I am just starting out in my career. The EAST Development Fund helps support our members to promote research and investigation.
